Who they are
Insight
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Finance Director at Brackwell Freight Ltd and the CRM economic buyer. He has questioned the value of the £44k Growth subscription in every held call and thread since June, and wants a line-by-line reason before any increase.
Role: Finance Director, in Manchester, with a platform user created 13 Apr 2026 and no admin rights. The CRM marks him as economic buyer, and he inherited the contract rather than chose it.
Influence: He is the decision-maker on the 1 Dec 2026 renewal. Calls and threads show him setting the terms of the conversation: usage by person first, price afterwards.
Watch: He has asked about a smaller tier and rejects any increase without written reasoning. He has said a clear no is a legitimate outcome.
Next: The 12 Oct 2026 and 13 Oct 2026 calls are booked, not held, so no outcome is read from them.
