As at Fri 9 Oct 2026On 24 Aug 2026 Marcus Bell asked Gareth Whitlam for a check-in before the contract ends on 30 Nov 2026, citing a dip in usage and fewer people asking questions. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Marcus wants half an hour, by call or in Manchester, to walk Gareth through usage and hear how the depot and revenue operations teams use the brain now.
BG-Demo view: Marcus says day-to-day usage has dipped and fewer people ask questions than when the teams first came on. He notes Gareth inherited the brain rather than chose it, and wants a finance use case.
Next: there is no customer response in the thread, so whether Gareth accepted is not shown.

- Marcus Bell 24 Aug 2026 08:09Hi Gareth, I hope you've had a decent week so far. I wanted to get a check-in in the diary with you before the summer is out, as the contract runs to 30 Nov 2026 and I'd rather we talked well ahead of that than leave it to the last minute. I've pulled the numbers for the brain, and I'd like to walk you through them. In short: - Day-to-day usage has dipped over the last quarter, and fewer people are asking questions than when your teams first came on. - You're licensed for 40 users on the Growth tier, so there's plenty of headroom, but I'd like to understand how your depot and revenue operations teams actually use it now. - Nothing has been raised with our support team recently, so I don't have a list of problems to react to. That's partly why I'd like to hear it from you directly. Since our last call I've been thinking about what would make the brain more useful to you in finance, rather than just to the account managers. You inherited it rather than chose it, so it's fair to ask what it's worth to you. Happy to jump on a call, or come to you in Manchester if that's easier. Shall we book half an hour in the next week or two? Tell me a couple of times that suit and I'll work round you. Thanks, Marcus
