Ask: Marcus Bell asks Gareth Whitlam for a half-hour quarterly review, covering usage by team and person, what depot teams get from the brain and where the contract stands.

Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread. Gareth is new to the finance side and has had no catch-up with BG-Demo since taking over.

Next: Marcus offers Tuesday or Wednesday morning, or written questions first.

Hi Gareth, I'm Marcus, the Customer Success Manager for Brackwell at BG-Demo. We haven't had a proper catch-up since you took over the finance side, so I'd like to get the quarterly review in the diary. It's part of your Growth subscription and it's the right place to go through what the brain is being used for. I've pulled the numbers ahead of time. Day-to-day use has dipped a little over the last quarter, and I'd rather talk that through with you openly than let it sit in a report. You've got 40 licensed users, so it's worth looking at who is actually asking questions and who isn't. What I'd like to cover: - usage by team and by person - what the depot teams are getting from it, and what they aren't - where the contract stands ahead of 30 Nov 2026, so there are no surprises on either side Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. Would half an hour early next week work, Tuesday or Wednesday morning perhaps? If you'd rather have a few questions in writing first, send them over and I'll bring the answers with me. Thanks, Marcus
