Usage report for Brackwell

Marcus, I haven't yet received the usage report we discussed. Can you send it today or tomorrow? To be specific about what I need: who is using the brain, how often, and how that compares with last year and with the previous quarter. I'd also like to know how many of the 40 licences are actually in use. A summary of features won't answer that. I'm reviewing all our software contracts before the end of November and this one needs a proper justification. Gareth Whitlam, Finance Director

Hi Gareth, Sorry for the delay on this. I've pulled the numbers and the report is attached. Here's what I'd draw your attention to, so you don't have to hunt for it: - Active users are down compared with the previous quarter. It is a clear fall, not a blip, and you'll see it month by month in the first table. - Only a small number of people are logging in on a typical day, against 40 licensed. - Questions asked have also come down, and a lot of what is asked comes from a very few people. The second table shows who. - There have been no high priority tickets and no overdue invoices in the period, so nothing has been raised with us that would explain the drop. I don't want to dress this up. The numbers are lower than they should be for the size of the licence, and I'd rather we talk about why than have you work it out alone. I don't yet know the reason and I don't want to guess in an email. If it helps, I can go through the report with you, or with whoever in the depots used the brain most, and look at whether the right people are set up to use it. Shall we book 30 minutes next week?
