After the QBR, Marcus Bell restated thin usage of around four active people a week against 40 licences. Aisha Rahman confirmed only a handful use the brain, will ask the depot leads, and wants it working better by the end of November.

Ask: Marcus asked Aisha which depot teams still log in and offered Gareth a usage walk-through by team. Commercial terms stay with Tom Ashdown.

Customer view: Aisha says she is one of a handful of regular users, mostly for the Tuesday operations review. Some depot account managers have stopped, and she does not know why.

Next: Aisha will report back after asking the depot leads. Gareth has not replied in this thread, and Aisha is unsure how much he has seen.

Hi Gareth, hi Aisha, Thanks for making time for the QBR. I've pulled the numbers again since we spoke so you have them in writing. - Licensed users on the Growth tier: 40. Active in a typical week lately: around four people, which is lower than the previous quarter. - Tickets in the last month: one, and it was routine. - Invoices: nothing outstanding on our side. I'd rather be straight with you: that usage looks thin against 40 licences, and I don't want us to drift into the renewal without understanding why. The contract runs to 30 Nov 2026, so there is time to do something useful with it, but not unlimited time. Two things would help: - Aisha, could you tell me which of the depot teams are still logging in, and which have gone back to their old spreadsheets? Even a rough picture is fine. - Gareth, would it help if I walked you through usage by team before anything is discussed on the commercial side? Tom Ashdown owns the commercial terms and will pick up the renewal with you directly, so I'll leave that with him. Happy to jump on a call if that's easier than email. Shall we book thirty minutes next week? Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Thanks for sending this over. Just flagging a few things from my side, as I'm not sure how much of it Gareth has seen. I've attached a screenshot of the user list as it stands today. As far as I can tell, I'm one of only a handful of people opening the brain regularly, mostly for the Tuesday operations review. A couple of the depot account managers used it a lot when it first went in, and I haven't seen them in there for a while. I don't know why, and I'd rather not guess. On your question about which teams are still using it: I can ask the depot leads this week and come back to you with a proper answer, rather than a half one now. I'm also not able to speak for Gareth on the contract, so I'll leave that part to him. > I don't want us to drift into the renewal without understanding why. I agree with that, for what it's worth. I'd like to get it working better for the depots before the end of November. Thanks, Aisha
