Current to 13 Oct 26Marcus Bell's note after the quarterly review lists what BB-Demo will send, what Gareth Whitlam and Aisha Rahman are asked for, and restates the contract: 30 Nov 2026 at £44k a year. No customer reply in the thread.
Ask: Marcus lists his commitments: a per-person usage report, a list of which sources are loading, and a follow-up booking. He asks Gareth for the questions to be answered and Aisha to confirm which depot teams should be using the brain.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread.
Next: Marcus asks for no decision now and says Tom Ashdown will pick up commercial questions with the same numbers.

- Marcus Bell 25 Jun 2026 08:21Hi Gareth, hi Aisha, Thanks for making the time for the review. Here's a short note of what we agreed, so we're all working from the same list. What I'll do: - send the usage report per person, covering questions asked and logins against the 40 licensed users - include a plain list of which connected sources are loading and which aren't - book a follow-up once you've both had time to read it What I'd ask of you: - Gareth: tell me which questions you want answered before the renewal conversation, so the report covers them and not just what I think is relevant - Aisha: as admin, could you confirm which depot teams ought to be using the brain week to week? That will let us compare who should be using it with who actually is On the contract, it runs to 30 Nov 2026 at £44,000 a year on the Growth tier. I'm not asking for any decision on it now. Tom Ashdown will pick up any commercial questions, and I'll make sure he has the same numbers you have. If I've missed anything or got something wrong, just reply here. Thanks, Marcus
