As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell asked to book the Growth quarterly review. Gareth Whitlam accepted a Thursday morning call but wants a written agenda covering usage, the renewal ask and peer value, and will agree to nothing on the call.
Ask: Marcus offered a call or a visit to Manchester of up to an hour, covering usage, connectors and what Brackwell wants before the contract ends on 30 Nov 2026.
Customer view: Gareth wants the agenda in writing first, including what Marcus expects to ask on the renewal. He will take what he hears away and may not bring anyone from the depots.
Next: Marcus needs to send the agenda before the call.

- Marcus Bell 24 Sep 2026 11:37Hi Gareth, Following on from the usage report, I'd like to get the quarterly review booked. It's part of your Growth tier and it gives us a proper slot to go through usage, the connectors and what you want from the brain between now and the end of the contract on 30 Nov 2026. I'm happy to jump on a call and share my screen, or come to Manchester if you'd prefer to do it in person. Either way I'd keep it to an hour at most. Would next week work? I have space on Tuesday and Thursday. If anyone else at Brackwell should be there, such as someone from revenue operations or the depots, let me know and I'll fit around them. Thanks, Marcus
- Gareth Whitlam 24 Sep 2026 13:22Marcus, Thursday is better for me, in the morning. A call is fine, I don't need you to travel. I'd like the agenda before we meet, in writing. Specifically: - what you plan to show me on usage, and whether it adds anything to the report I already have - what you expect to ask of us on the renewal - what you can tell me about how other customers on this tier get value from it I'm not minded to agree to anything on the call. I want to hear what you have and then take it away. I'll check whether anyone from the depots can join, but I wouldn't count on it. Gareth Whitlam, Finance Director
