What the paper says
Document roll-up
Current to 12 Oct 26The executed renewal order form of 1 Jul 2026 sets Enterprise at £129k a year, 10 Jul 2026 to 9 Jul 2027, billed quarterly, with 99.9% availability and freshness credits. A QBR and the renewal proposals cite £103k for the prior term, a figure no executed form states.
Executed: The renewal order form signed 1 Jul 2026 runs 10 Jul 2026 to 9 Jul 2027. It sets Enterprise at £125k plus Additional 10 users at £4,000, an annual recurring charge of £129k, billed quarterly and payable 30 days from invoice date.
The same form sets 99.9% availability, a P1 first response of 0.5 hours, credits for availability and data freshness breaches, 160 licensed users and no discount. The MSA and DPA, both signed 26 Jun 2025, remain the framework.
Earlier executed: The first-term order form of 26 Jun 2025 set £99k a year after a 10% first-term discount. The added-users order form of 9 Jan 2026 set a £4,000 a year line, and both terms ended 9 Jul 2026.
Open items: No draft remains open against the current term. Executed paper has overtaken the proposals of 22 Apr 2025 and 25 Apr 2025, the draft MSA of 27 May 2025, the expansion proposals of 16 Dec 2025 and 19 Dec 2025, and the renewal proposals of 1 May 2026 and 7 May 2026.
Contradictions:
- The QBR of 19 Jan 2026 and the renewal proposals of 1 May 2026 and 7 May 2026 cite £103k as contracted. The executed first-term order form states £99k a year, and the 9 Jan 2026 form states a separate £4,000 line.
- The 9 Jan 2026 order form gives a total contract value of £1,962 against its £4,000 annual line, without explanation. The proposals of 16 Dec 2025 and 19 Dec 2025 carry the same gap.
- The QBR of 19 Jan 2026 and the draft of 1 May 2026 put the refresh at 07:00 UK time. The executed forms say 07:00 customer local time.
- The first-term order form names both Lewis Kerr and Sophie Ling as account owner.
Commitments: The renewal order form carries the live price, billing and service levels. The MSA sets the nightly refresh by 07:00 customer local time on business days, and the DPA keeps Customer Data in the customer's own environment.
The 90-day renewal notice falls due ahead of the 9 Jul 2027 end date.
Gaps: Every executed document names the customer signatory only as an authorised signatory. The renewal form states no notice period or auto-renewal, and the documents do not show whether Sophie Ling still works at BB-Demo. All 16 documents were read.
