What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Unsent draft proposal dated 22 Apr 2025 for the Enterprise tier, with a £99k annual subscription and a £129k total deal amount including one-off implementation. Connector list, security scope and commercial wording are still open.
What it is: a draft proposal prepared by Lewis Kerr, marked "Not yet shared with Vellacott Payments". It is an open item, not a contract.
Commits: nothing binds either party. It proposes the Enterprise subscription at £99k, annual and in advance, and a total deal amount of £129k, with the implementation fee "not repeated at renewal".
Unusual: the proposed £99k subscription is below the v1 Enterprise list in the company brief. The implementation line reads "Balance of the deal amount" rather than a stated fee. The text gives no service levels, availability or connector dates.
Not settled: the connector list, the teams in scope, the security review scope, add-ons such as Premium support or data residency, and the commercial wording. The text does not show whether a later version or an order form followed.

Body
Vellacott Payments - Proposal v1
Status: Draft. Not yet shared with Vellacott Payments. Open points are listed at the end.
Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BG-Demo Account owner: Sophie Ling Customer success manager on signature: Daniel Okafor Date: 22 Apr 2025
Context
Vellacott Payments is an FCA-authorised e-money and payments firm providing payouts and collections for marketplaces and payroll bureaux. Today the partnerships, merchant onboarding and complaints teams each hold their own view of a client. The aim of this proposal is for those teams to see each client together, in one place, and to be able to ask questions of it in plain language.
B-Glass sits inside Vellacott Payments' own Snowflake account, so client and customer data stays under your control throughout. This matters for a regulated firm, and we expect the security review to be a core part of the work.
What we propose
The Enterprise tier of B-Glass, built and run inside your Snowflake account, with:

- one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data;
- pages, chat and search for the partnerships, merchant onboarding and complaints teams;
- the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews;
- SSO and SCIM, so access follows your identity provider;
- an executive sponsor on the BG-Demo side;
- support from our team through the security review.
The connector list and user numbers will be confirmed against the Enterprise allowances once your teams have told us which systems matter most.
Pricing

| Item | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription | Annual, in advance | £99k |
| Fixed-fee implementation | One-off, including security review support | Balance of the deal amount |
| Total deal amount | Subscription plus implementation | £129k |
To put a number on it: the annual subscription is £99k, and the total deal amount of £129k includes the one-off implementation fee. The implementation fee is not repeated at renewal.
Implementation approach
- Security review. We work with your security and compliance colleagues first, so the design is agreed before any data is connected.
- Connect and index. We connect the agreed sources, with the live-by dates written into the order form.
- Team rollout. Partnerships, merchant onboarding and complaints go live together, so the single client view is real from the first week.
- Handover. Daniel Okafor takes over adoption, the quarterly reviews and the renewal conversation.
Next steps
- Confirm the connector list and the teams in scope.
- Complete the security review questions.
- Issue the order form under the MSA, co-termed to the agreed start date.
Open points before this goes out
- Connector list not yet confirmed with Vellacott Payments.
- Security review scope to be agreed with your compliance team.
- Any add-ons, such as Premium support or data residency, are not priced here and would be quoted separately.
- Commercial wording to be checked before sending.
Kind regards, Lewis
