What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026BG-Demo's quarterly review deck for an Enterprise customer, dated 19 Jul 2026. It reports £129k contracted annual recurring revenue, no overdue invoices, one ticket and steady use well inside 160 licensed users. The term ends 9 Jul 2027.
What it is: a customer success QBR prepared by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, and filed as final. It is a status review, not a contract.
Commits: it restates that service levels "remain as set out in the executed order form", including a "thirty-minute style fast response for priority one issues". It also records that no service credits are due and that the term ends on 9 Jul 2027.
Unusual: the deck gives 160 licensed users, against 150 in the standard Enterprise tier. It does not say why, and active use sits in the mid-forties.
Not settled: the deck does not say who sponsors the brain at the customer, and it gives no availability percentage. It names Sophie Ling as account owner, but nothing shows her current employment. The value case is not yet written down, and the user allowance is flagged for review before renewal.

Body
Vellacott Payments - QBR
Quarterly business review for Vellacott Payments, prepared by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo. Review date: Sunday 19 July 2026.
Account owner: Sophie Ling. Tier: Enterprise.
1. Where we are
| Item | Position |
|---|---|
| Customer since | 10 Jul 2025 |
| Tier | Enterprise |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £129k |
| Licensed users | 160 |
| Current term ends | 9 Jul 2027 |
| Overdue invoices | None |
Vellacott Payments joined after a security review and has now completed its first full year with B-Glass.
2. Usage and adoption
- Active users over the last thirty days sit in the mid-forties on average, which is roughly five per cent higher than the prior quarter.
- That is well inside the licensed allowance of 160 users, so there is plenty of headroom and no pressure on seats.
- The teams using the brain most are partnerships, merchant onboarding and complaints, which is the pattern we planned for at go-live: each client seen together across the three teams.
- Growth in active users is steady rather than sudden. We read that as habit forming, not a one-off push.
3. Value delivered
Read the whole document (3,289 characters)
- Complaints and onboarding colleagues can look at a single client without reconciling separate systems by hand.
- Partnerships can see a marketplace or payroll bureau client's history alongside open complaints before a review meeting.
- We would like to capture one or two specific examples from the teams in the next check-in so the value case is written down in Vellacott Payments' own words.
4. Support and service
- One ticket was raised in the last thirty days, and none were high priority.
- No service credits are due. Availability and the nightly refresh have both been within the Enterprise commitments for the period.
- The Enterprise service levels, including the thirty-minute style fast response for priority one issues, remain as set out in the executed order form.
5. Risks and watch points
- Seat use versus licence: a gap this wide between active and licensed users is worth a conversation. It may mean further teams could benefit, or that the licence is larger than needed at renewal.
- Champions: we should confirm who at Vellacott Payments sponsors the brain day to day, so that continuity is protected if roles change.
- Renewal: the term ends on 9 Jul 2027. The renewal notice and conversation will be led by Daniel well ahead of that date.
6. Plan for the next quarter
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Gather two or three usage stories from the teams | Daniel Okafor | Before the next review |
| Discuss which further teams could be onboarded | Daniel Okafor with Sophie Ling | Next quarter |
| Review user allowance against real use ahead of renewal | Sophie Ling | Well before the renewal notice |
| Confirm executive sponsor and admin cover at Vellacott Payments | Daniel Okafor | Next check-in |
7. Summary
A healthy, quiet account: no overdue invoices, almost no tickets and gentle growth in active use. The main opportunity is to turn steady adoption into a clear written value case before the term ends on 9 Jul 2027.
Just to close the loop, any corrections to this deck are welcome and will be reflected in the next review.
Best wishes, Daniel
