Renewal proposal dated 7 May 2026 from Sophie Ling for the Enterprise subscription: £129k a year for 160 licensed users, against a current contracted £103k. The current term ends 9 Jul 2026. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.

What it is: A final-status renewal proposal from Sophie Ling for Vellacott Payments, filed under Renewals. It sets the Enterprise renewal at "£129k a year" for the same 160 licensed users.

Commits: Nothing binding yet. The order form is to be issued "once terms are agreed" under the existing master agreement, and Enterprise service credits "continue to cover both availability and data freshness".

Unusual: £129k sits above the £125k v2 Enterprise list. The document explains the rise only as the move to the current price book and states no discount.

Not settled: The term ended 9 Jul 2026, before the as-of date, and the document does not show whether an order form was signed. No customer response or customer signatory appears.

Vellacott Payments - Renewal Proposal

Status: Final Date: 7 May 2026 Prepared by: Sophie Ling, Account Executive, BG-Demo Customer success manager: Daniel Okafor Prepared for: Vellacott Payments

Context

Vellacott Payments joined BG-Demo on 10 Jul 2025 and bought the Enterprise tier after a security review. B-Glass now gives the partnerships, merchant onboarding and complaints teams a single view of each marketplace and payroll bureau client, across the CRM, calls, emails and tickets.

The current subscription ends on 9 Jul 2026. This proposal sets out what we recommend for the renewal term, so that the decision can be taken well ahead of that date.

Usage. The active user base has held steady against the previous quarter, with a very small dip that we would not read as a trend. The brain is being used by the teams it was bought for, and we see no sign of a connector or a data source going quiet.

Support. There were two tickets in the last thirty days, one of them high priority. Both were handled by the support team and Daniel can walk you through them if useful. Nothing is outstanding that should hold up a renewal.

What we propose

We propose renewing the Enterprise subscription for a further annual term at £129k a year, covering the same 160 licensed users and the full Enterprise feature set, including SSO and SCIM, the executive sponsor and the Enterprise service levels.

The annual price is a rise on the current contracted £103k. That reflects the move from the earlier price book to the current one, which applies to every customer at its first renewal after the change. It is not a change in scope: you keep the same tier, the same user licence and the same service levels.

What stays the same

  • The brain continues to run inside your own Snowflake account.
  • Nightly refresh arrives ahead of the working day, as it does now.
  • Enterprise service credits continue to cover both availability and data freshness.
  • Your executive sponsor and Daniel Okafor remain your points of contact.

Why renew on Enterprise

The three teams using the brain were chosen because each needed to see a client in one place: who they are, what has been said to them, what they have raised and what is open. A payments firm in a regulated market has little patience for reconciling that by hand, and the complaints team in particular benefits from having the full history to hand when a client escalates.

We would also like to use the renewal to talk about where the brain could go next, for example bringing more teams onto it, which we can scope separately and without holding up the renewal itself.
