Final v1 proposal dated 19 Dec 2025 from Sophie Ling to add one block of ten users to the Enterprise subscription for £4,000 a year. It also states a total deal amount of £1,962, which does not match. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.

Final v1 proposal dated 19 Dec 2025 from Sophie Ling to add one block of ten users to the Enterprise subscription for £4,000 a year. It also states a total deal amount of £1,962, which does not match. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.

What it is: a proposal from Sophie Ling, Account Executive, for an add-on of ten users on top of the Enterprise subscription. The text says the subscription is "contracted at £99k a year and includes 150 licensed users".

Commits: nothing until an order form is signed. The text prices the block at £4,000 a year and says it is "co-terminous with the current subscription, which runs to 9 Jul 2026".

Unusual: the pricing section gives an annual add-on price of £4,000 and a total deal amount of £1,962 without explaining the gap.

Not settled: whether an order form was raised or signed, and whether the subscription was renewed after 9 Jul 2026. Both dates are before the as-of date and the document says nothing about either.

Vellacott Payments - Proposal

Expansion of the Enterprise subscription: additional users

Prepared for: Vellacott Payments, London Prepared by: Sophie Ling, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 19 Dec 2025 Status: Final, version 1

1. Context

Vellacott Payments has been an Enterprise customer since 10 Jul 2025. B-Glass was bought after a security review so that the partnerships, merchant onboarding and complaints teams can see each client together, rather than reconciling separate systems by hand.

Since go-live the brain has been picked up well. Active use has grown strongly compared with the prior quarter, support demand has been light, and there are no overdue invoices. The Enterprise subscription is contracted at £99k a year and includes 150 licensed users.

As more colleagues start asking the brain questions, Vellacott Payments has asked for room to bring additional people on without waiting for the renewal.

2. What we propose

We propose an expansion of the existing Enterprise subscription with one add-on:

  • Additional users: one block of ten additional users, added to the current Enterprise allowance.
Read the whole document (2,754 characters)

Nothing else about the current arrangement changes. Connectors, SSO and SCIM, the executive sponsor and the Enterprise service levels stay as they are today.

3. Pricing

ItemQuantityAnnual price
Additional users, block of tenone£4,000
  • Deal type: expansion of an existing Enterprise customer.
  • Annual price of the add-on: £4,000.
  • Total deal amount: £1,962.
  • Existing subscription: £99k a year, unchanged by this proposal.

The add-on is co-terminous with the current subscription, which runs to 9 Jul 2026. Renewal of the whole arrangement will be handled by Daniel Okafor, your customer success manager, in the usual way ahead of that date.

4. Why this makes sense now

  1. Adoption is ahead of plan. More colleagues are using the brain each week, and the added users let new teams join without anyone being turned away.
  2. It keeps the single view of each client. Partnerships, merchant onboarding and complaints can all stay on the same data.
  3. It is a small step. No new implementation work is needed and no new connectors are involved.
