Insight
Current to 13 Oct 26Niamh Costello is Ardcarne's Chief Data Officer and CRM champion for the Enterprise brain. She shapes the case but does not sign. She asks 28% of the organisation's questions, so adoption depends heavily on her.
Role: Chief Data Officer at Ardcarne Life Assurance and the CRM champion. She led the Enterprise purchase from discovery and is the main contact for the broker firm view. Her platform account was created on 1 Oct 2026 with admin rights.
Influence: She does not sign. Ronan Tierney, the COO, signs once the CISO and procurement are content, and she said she will not override Declan Furlong on security.
Watch: She asked 23 of 81 questions in the last 90 days, a key-person risk. A ticket on 5 Oct 2026 reports duplicate broker records, and she said low early usage would leave her asked what was paid.
