- Matteo Ricci 20 Apr 2026 17:06Hi Niamh, Thank you for your time this afternoon. I have copied Theo, who will lead the security review on our side. A short recap so we are working from the same page: - You saw one broker firm assembled into a single view from the separate sources, which is the outcome you described to me. - You asked for a readout you can forward to Declan. Theo and I will send that separately, so that what he reads is accurate and not a paraphrase. - The next step is the security review, and I would rather you heard it from me that this is where the timeline is decided, not the demo. Let me confirm the commercial position in writing. The proposal is for the Enterprise tier, and the total deal value is £155,000, which includes the one-off implementation fee. Our working plan has the order form completing by 30 Jun 2026. That is a planning date, not a commitment, and it depends entirely on the review closing to Declan's satisfaction. Could you let Theo know who in Declan's team should receive the questionnaire, and when Declan has time to go through the findings with him? Best regards, Matteo
- Niamh Costello 20 Apr 2026 19:14Matteo, Thank you, that is a fair summary and the demo went well. The team could see themselves using it, which is half the battle. Three things from me. First, I need Declan comfortable, and I will not push him. Please have Theo send the questionnaire to him directly and copy me, so I can see where we are without chasing. Second, I need dated steps for the review. I cannot take a vague timeline to my executive committee, so tell me who owns each step and when it lands. Third, a point of process: I do not sign anything myself. The order form goes to our signatory once the review is closed, so please do not build a plan that assumes I can bring it forward. The end of June is a useful marker for planning, but I would want the review dates before I treat it as anything more. Best, Niamh
