Niamh Costello wants one larger broker firm shown plainly as one view, before the security conversation with Declan, and a forwardable readout. She offered 16:00 that afternoon. Scheduling and expectations for the demo.

Ask: Matteo Ricci proposed an hour-long demo following one broker firm end to end, with a solutions engineer present. Niamh replied with the outcome she wants: broker distribution and customer service looking at the same picture.

Customer view: she asked to keep it plain, with one of the larger broker firms, and not a tour of features.

Next: she offered 16:00 that afternoon and wants a readout she can forward to Declan.

Hi Niamh, Thank you again for your time on our last call. I would like to get the demo into the diary, and I want to be clear about what you will see so there are no surprises. As I understand the timeline, you would like to see the brain working on your own broker data before the security conversation with Declan starts, so that he has something concrete in front of him. If that is right, the demo should come first and the review follows. Let me confirm in writing how I propose to run it: - one broker firm of your choosing, followed end to end - the view that broker distribution and customer service would each see, side by side - time at the end for your questions, including anything your regulator would want to understand about where the data sits and who can reach it It takes about an hour. One of our solutions engineers will join me to answer the technical questions properly rather than have me guess. Could you suggest a slot early next week that suits you? If it helps, tell me which broker firm you would prefer and I will prepare around it. Best regards, Matteo

Hi Matteo, Apologies for the slow reply, last week got away from me. The outcome I care about is simple: when someone in broker distribution and someone in customer service talk about the same broker firm, they should be looking at the same picture. So what does good look like for the brokers? One firm, one view, and nobody reconciling spreadsheets before a call. Let's not over-engineer the demo. Pick one of our larger broker firms and show me that view. I would rather see it done plainly than see a lot of features. I am free this afternoon at 16:00 if that works for you and your colleague. If not, later this week is fine, just tell me which day. I will want a short readout for Declan afterwards, so please bring something I can forward. Best, Niamh
