Current to 13 Oct 26Matteo Ricci confirmed the Enterprise proposal at £155k with a target order form date of 30 Jun 2026. Ronan Tierney, the COO, will proceed if Declan Furlong is content and procurement agree. Matteo said Declan has not closed his findings.
Ask: Matteo wanted Ronan's steer on proceeding once Declan closes his findings. Ronan asked whether Declan is content and wants board risk flagged.
Customer view: Ronan is supportive and conditional, delegating detail to Niamh Costello.
Next: Matteo asked Niamh what Declan needs to close each finding and in what form, and will write again after Theo's findings list.

- Matteo Ricci 18 Jun 2026 13:02Niamh, Ronan, Thank you for the conversation. Let me confirm in writing where we are, so that nothing rests on memory. The proposal on the table is for the Enterprise tier, with a total deal value of £155,000. That is the figure in the proposal as it stands, and I will not move it without telling you first. The date we are working towards for the order form is 30 Jun 2026. I should be plain that this is a target and not a promise. It depends on Declan being content with the security review, and on your procurement team being comfortable with the terms. Theo Gallagher is running the review with Declan and will send a list of the open findings, each with an owner and the evidence attached. Ronan, the only thing I need from you at this stage is your steer on whether you are content to proceed once Declan has closed his findings. Best regards, Matteo
- Ronan Tierney 18 Jun 2026 15:29Matteo, Thank you. Is Declan content? If he is, and procurement agree, let's proceed. Please keep me informed of anything that carries board risk. Niamh will work through the detail with you. Ronan
- Matteo Ricci 18 Jun 2026 16:12Ronan, thank you, that is clear. To answer your question directly: Declan has not yet closed his findings, so I would rather not tell you he is content. I will not ask you to sign anything before he and procurement are satisfied. Niamh, one request. Could you tell me what Declan needs to see from us to close each finding, and in what form? His Central Bank obligations mean he will want dated commitments rather than assurances, and I would rather we agreed that now than discover it in the last week of the month. I will write again once Theo has sent the findings list. Best regards, Matteo
