What the paper says
Document roll-up
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Copperlane Payroll's live contract is the executed Starter order form at £20k per year, 1 Jun 2026 to 31 May 2027, 99.5% availability. Two drafts are superseded. The 2026 form has blank signature lines, and the MSA term it relies on ended 31 May 2026.
Executed: The current contract is the signed order form created 18 May 2026, for Starter at £20k per year from 1 Jun 2026 to 31 May 2027, billed annual in advance, Net 30 days. It covers 15 licensed users and 4 connectors at a 0% discount.
The earlier executed paper is the signed MSA, DPA and first order form, all dated 16 May 2025. Together they covered Starter from 1 Jun 2025 to 31 May 2026 at £20k a year plus a £6,000 implementation fee.
Open items: Proposal v1 of 14 Apr 2025 and the MSA v2 draft of 1 May 2025 were never executed. The signed MSA superseded the draft on 16 May 2025, and the 17 Apr 2025 proposal is filed as final but binds no one.
Contradictions: Proposal v1 states no availability or P1 response figures, while the 17 Apr 2025 proposal states 99.5% and 4 business hours. As read, the draft MSA's price and service levels match the signed MSA.
The 2026 order form is filed as executed, yet its text is dated 31 May 2026 against a created date of 18 May 2026. Its signature lines are blank.
Commitments: From 1 Jun 2026, 99.5% availability, P1 first response within 4 business hours, and refresh complete by 07:00 UK time on business days. The service credit is 5% of the monthly fee, for availability only.
The signed DPA limits processing to the UK and EU. It also commits BG-Demo to help with data subject requests within 5 business days.
Renewal: The 2026 order form keeps the v1 Starter price and gives no reason. That fits the price book, because the term started before 1 Jul 2026. A renewal after the 31 May 2027 expiry would move to the v2 Starter list, +12.8%.
Gaps: All 8 documents were read. The evidence does not show who signed the 2026 order form for Copperlane Payroll.
The evidence also does not show whether the MSA itself was extended beyond its executed term ending 31 May 2026. The 2026 order form refers to that MSA.
