What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26Sophie Ling put the Growth proposal at a total deal value of £54k, not an annual price. Conor Daly asked for a written one-off and recurring breakdown and for the order form to govern. Sophie agreed to send a marked draft.
Ask: Conor wants one-off and recurring amounts shown separately and asked which version will be the signed one.
Customer view: Accepts the total but will check the order form rather than rely on the proposal.
Next: Sophie to send the draft order form, marked as a draft, with Aoife Mulcahy checking connectors and users.

- Sophie Ling 1 Jul 2025 16:01Hi Aoife, hi Conor, Thanks for the time this morning. As promised, here is where we landed on the proposal. The Growth proposal comes to a total deal value of £53,800. That is the whole figure for the deal, not an annual price, and I'll set out in the order form exactly what sits inside it so there are no surprises. We're aiming to have this agreed by 1 Aug 2025, which leaves plenty of room for questions on your side. Two things from me: I'll send the written breakdown, and could you each tell me if anything in the proposal needs changing? Best, Sophie
- Conor Daly 1 Jul 2025 17:36Sophie, Thanks. Fair enough on the total. Before we go further I'd like the breakdown in writing, showing what is one-off and what is recurring. Let's check the order form rather than rely on the proposal. Which version will be the signed one? Conor
- Sophie Ling 2 Jul 2025 13:43Hi Conor, Understood. The order form is the document that governs, and the proposal is only the summary of it. I'll send you the order form draft with the one-off and recurring parts shown separately, clearly marked as a draft until it is signed. Aoife, I'll copy you in so you can check the connectors and users match what you need. Thanks, Sophie
