Largely logistical: Sophie Ling asked for thirty minutes to walk through the Growth proposal. Aoife Mulcahy chose Tuesday morning, confirmed Conor Daly can attend, and asked for the proposal in writing on Monday.

Ask: Aoife wants the proposal sent on Monday so Conor is not reading it for the first time on the call.

Customer view: Engaged and cooperative. She wants to show Conor the usage side, which agencies are at the edge.

Next: Sophie to send the proposal on Monday and hold the Tuesday session.

Hi Aoife, Thanks for your time on the call earlier this week. I'm pulling the proposal together for Growth and want to walk you through it before it goes anywhere else, so you can tell me what's missing. Could we find thirty minutes early next week? I'd suggest Tuesday or Wednesday morning, whichever suits you. It would also be useful to have Conor join if his diary allows, as I know he'll want to see the paperwork. Let me know what works and I'll send an invite. Best, Sophie Sophie Ling Account Executive, BG-Demo

Hi Sophie, Grand, let's do it. Tuesday morning is best for me, anytime before eleven. I've checked with Conor and he can do Tuesday too, though he'd like the proposal in writing beforehand so he isn't reading it for the first time on the call. Can you send it over on Monday? I'd like to show him the usage side, the bit about which agencies are at the edge, so he sees what we'd actually be asking the brain. Thanks a million, Aoife
