Callie Brennan asked for a kickoff time. Helen Marsden chose Friday at 14:00, will bring Paul Rigby, and warned that repairs figures still do not reconcile to the housing management system. Access sign-off needs her IT team.

Ask: Helen wants to understand early how the brain deals with the repairs figures that do not reconcile, because the board will ask about it.

Customer view: cooperative and quick to reply. Paul Rigby from the repairs side will run the brain day to day, and credentials need IT sign-off.

Next: Helen is to come back before Friday on who can approve access. Callie will not start any connector without written access.

Hello Helen, Welcome aboard, and thank you for getting the paperwork back so quickly. Before we switch on the refresh, I would like us to hold the kickoff call so we agree the plan for the first few weeks. What I need from your side is a time that works for you and whoever will administer the brain day to day. I can do Thursday at 10:00 or Friday at 14:00. It will take about an hour. I will open with the plan, then we will go through the sources you want connected first and who holds the credentials for each. If you can, please have a rough list of the systems behind your tenant calls, repairs tickets, complaints and arrears ready. It does not need to be perfect. I will not start any connector until I have written access, so it helps to know early who needs to approve that. Thanks, Callie

Hello Callie, Thank you. Friday at 14:00 suits me better, as Thursday morning is taken up with the board pack review. I will bring Paul Rigby from the repairs side, as he will be running the brain day to day. I have a list of sources, but I should say now that the repairs figures do not yet reconcile to the housing management system, and the board will ask about that. I would like to understand early how the brain deals with it. On credentials, I will need to check with our IT team who can sign off access. I will come back to you before Friday. Kind regards, Helen
