- created · Niamh Fogarty 29 Jun 2026 13:05Hi, I've run into a bug with the search function. When I search for properties with a specific status, like 'status: active', I'm getting results that don't match. I got back several properties that are marked as archived in Zendesk, not active. This has happened a couple of times now, so it's not a one-off. Can you take a look? Thanks, Niamh
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 29 Jun 2026 17:30Hi Niamh, Thanks for reporting that. Search returning the wrong results definitely needs investigating. Can you give me a couple of examples: property names or IDs, and what status they're showing versus what you searched for? Also, when did you first notice this happening? I'll get looking into it. Olivia
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 30 Jun 2026 11:32I've checked the search logs and found the issue. The status filter isn't doing an exact match against the Zendesk status field, it's doing a partial match instead. That's why archived properties are showing up when you search for active. It's a bug in the query engine. We're working on a fix and should have it deployed next week. Olivia
- public_reply · Niamh Fogarty 30 Jun 2026 12:58Thanks for tracking that down, Olivia. How long until the fix goes live? Is there a workaround I can use in the meantime?
- public_reply · Niamh Fogarty 30 Jun 2026 15:39Actually, I've found a workaround: if I use the advanced search syntax and specify the full status string, it works properly. I'll use that until you've got the permanent fix deployed.
