Hi, I've run into a bug with the search function. When I search for properties with a specific status, like 'status: active', I'm getting results that don't match. I got back several properties that are marked as archived in Zendesk, not active. This has happened a couple of times now, so it's not a one-off. Can you take a look? Thanks, Niamh

Hi Niamh, Thanks for reporting that. Search returning the wrong results definitely needs investigating. Can you give me a couple of examples: property names or IDs, and what status they're showing versus what you searched for? Also, when did you first notice this happening? I'll get looking into it. Olivia

I've checked the search logs and found the issue. The status filter isn't doing an exact match against the Zendesk status field, it's doing a partial match instead. That's why archived properties are showing up when you search for active. It's a bug in the query engine. We're working on a fix and should have it deployed next week. Olivia

Thanks for tracking that down, Olivia. How long until the fix goes live? Is there a workaround I can use in the meantime?

Actually, I've found a workaround: if I use the advanced search syntax and specify the full status string, it works properly. I'll use that until you've got the permanent fix deployed.
