We have about 40 support tickets in the system, but some of them are showing up twice. Is this a normal part of the initial sync, or is there an issue with the connector? Niamh
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 2 Sep 2025 00:23Hi Niamh, thanks for reporting that. Duplicates during a first connector sync can happen if records are being fetched while the connector is still running. Can you tell me how many duplicate records you're seeing: is it just a handful, or is it affecting most of the data? Also, are these exact copies or records that look similar? Thanks, Bethan
