Ryan Heslop reported duplicate customer records appearing as a suspected sync issue. Olivia Grant identified the problem in sync logs and ran deduplication to clean the data.

Problem: Some customer records came through twice from a sync run. Handling: Olivia checked the sync logs, identified which connector caused the duplicates, and ran a deduplication process on the brain to clean the data. Quick resolution from identification to fix. Watch: This is the second duplicate issue reported by Kingdon (see also tkt_083_0001 and tkt_083_0009); monitor for pattern suggesting systemic indexing or sync deduplication problem.

Just spotted some duplicate records appearing in the system. I think it might be a sync issue. Can you look into it for us?

Found it. A sync run pulled some customer records in duplicate. I've run a deduplication on your brain and the data is now clean.
