As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Ilse de Graaf requested ability to filter dashboards by date range without page reload. Olivia Grant acknowledged as useful feedback, suggested saved dashboard views workaround, and passed request to product team.
Problem: Customer finds full page refresh on date filter changes inefficient. Handling: BG-Demo confirmed no native solution exists, offered workaround (multiple saved views), and logged feature request. This shows the customer is actively using dashboards builder and has reasonable workflow needs.

- created · Ilse de Graaf 18 Dec 2025 16:41We'd find it really useful to be able to filter a dashboard by a date range without having to reload the whole page. At the moment any date change triggers a full page refresh, which takes a while when we're iterating through different time periods.
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 18 Dec 2025 22:31Thanks for the suggestion, Ilse. Just so I've got this straight, you'd like to add a date range picker to the dashboards that updates without a full page reload? That's useful feedback. I'll pass this to the product team for consideration in a future release. In the meantime, you could create multiple saved dashboard views with different date ranges if that would help your workflow.
