Paul seeks to export aggregates and enriched data from brain for regional tracking to replace manual reconciliation. 40 users active on system.

Problem: Paul was doing manual reconciliation across systems to build a regional tracking spreadsheet. He wants to use the brain's calculated metrics (job counts, breakdowns) and enriched data (job-tenant complaint links) instead.

Handling: Olivia asked for clarification on what "derived data" meant. Paul confirmed he wanted aggregates, counts, and enriched matches. He noted 40 users across system could benefit.

Watch: Strong expansion signal. Paul requesting advanced analytics and relational enrichment. Suggests brain adding value beyond data access. With 40 active users, Growth tier upgrade (40-user soft limit, dashboards builder) could unlock these capabilities and support regional tracking use case.

Hi, I'm trying to work out how to export the calculated data, the stuff the brain is deriving from our systems. I need to use some of those metrics in a spreadsheet we're building to track trends across our regions. Can you tell me what's available to export and what the format would be? We've got 40 users across the system, so this could be useful for others too. Paul

Thanks Paul. Just to clarify: when you say 'derived data', do you mean aggregates and counts the brain is calculating, or data that's been transformed or enriched by the brain, like records matched across systems? That'll help me point you to the right option. Olivia

Both really. I want to export things like repair job counts and status breakdowns, but also some of the enriched data, like which jobs are linked to which tenant complaints. We've got a regional tracking spreadsheet and I'd like to pull the brain's data into it rather than having to manually reconcile. Paul
