- created · Paul Rigby 12 May 2026 12:44Hi, I need to export the dashboard I've built so I can share it with the team before the morning stand-up. At the moment I'm having to screenshot it and paste it into emails, which isn't ideal. Is there a way to export the data that's driving the dashboard? Ideally as CSV or Excel. Paul
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 12 May 2026 16:56Thanks Paul, just so I've got this right: you want to export the underlying data from the dashboard so you can share it with your team. When you say the data, do you mean the aggregated counts and metrics that the dashboard is showing, like totals and breakdowns, or the raw repair records? And what format works best, CSV for Excel, or would you want something else? Olivia
- Public reply · Paul Rigby 14 May 2026 14:11The aggregated counts, I need to know how many jobs are open, how many are on hold, that sort of thing. CSV would be fine. If there's a way to get it straight into Excel, that'd be even better. I can run a script if you need me to. Paul
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 15 May 2026 09:52Good news, you can export the data from any dashboard. Click the three dots in the top right corner of the dashboard, then select 'Export as CSV'. That'll download the data driving the dashboard. If you want to automate this and have it emailed to your team each morning, let me know and we can look at doing that via the API. Olivia
- Public reply · Paul Rigby 18 May 2026 14:16Cheers, that's got me sorted. One more question, can you schedule the export so it runs every morning at 06:00 and emails the CSV to the team? Don't want to remember to download it every day. Paul
