As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Paul reports the repairs dashboard shows roughly 70 of about 200 jobs queued in the housing system. Bethan finds the connector pulled all 200 but only 70 indexed.
Problem: Major data gap: housing system had about 200 jobs but dashboard showed only roughly 70. Paul confirmed the housing system had all records correctly.
Handling: Bethan reviewed connector logs and found the sync pulled all 200 records from housing system but the brain indexed only 70 of them. The remaining records stalled during indexing. She asked Paul to trigger a manual re-index and advised investigating indexing errors on BG-Demo's side.
Watch: This is the fourth distinct repairs issue in two weeks. Pattern suggests either instability from housing upgrade affecting whole connector pipeline, or capacity/performance issues in brain's indexing layer under increased data volume.

- created · Paul Rigby 30 Mar 2026 17:23Repairs data looks incomplete again. Housing system's got around two hundred jobs queued up right now, but the dashboard's only showing roughly seventy. I've checked with the admin on their side and they've definitely got all the records showing up correctly in their system. Paul
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 30 Mar 2026 19:16Thanks for reporting this. I can see the gap in the data you're describing. I've checked the connector logs from the last sync. It pulled roughly two hundred records from the housing system, but the brain's only indexed about seventy of them. The remaining records seem to have stalled during the indexing process. Can you try triggering a manual re-index of the repairs data set and let me know what you see after that runs? In the meantime, I'll have a look on our end to see if there are any indexing errors showing up. Thanks, Bethan
