As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Paul reports five repairs jobs double-counted in the morning dashboard after overnight refresh. Dashboard shows duplicates but manual queries return clean data.
Problem: About five repairs records appearing twice in overnight dashboard refresh, with matching details but different timestamps. Paul confirmed it wasn't a spreadsheet error by running queries directly and getting clean results.
Handling: Bethan asked Paul to check repairs connector's data freshness page. Paul confirmed last sync at 23:47 looked normal and manual query was clean, but dashboard continued showing duplicates from overnight load.
Watch: Dashboard showing duplicates despite clean source and normal sync timestamps indicates potential issue in how brain aggregates or caches dashboard results post-refresh.

- created · Paul Rigby 9 Mar 2026 13:09Morning report's showing repairs jobs double-counted again. We've got about five records in the overnight refresh appearing twice each - same details, different timestamps. Just ran the query myself and confirmed it's not a duplicate in our spreadsheet tracking. Attached is a copy of this morning's dashboard export showing the affected jobs. Paul
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 9 Mar 2026 18:24Thanks for reporting this. Just so I've got this right: the brain's dashboard shows about five repairs jobs appearing twice each after the overnight refresh, with matching job details but different timestamps? Can you try the following: 1. Go to the data freshness page for the repairs connector 2. Check the timestamp of the last successful sync 3. Tell me if the duplicates disappeared after your manual query re-run Cheers, Bethan
- Public reply · Paul Rigby 11 Mar 2026 12:54Last sync was 23:47 last night, looks normal. Manual query comes back clean now. Dashboard still showing the duplicates though from the overnight load. Paul
