What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Paul Rigby reported scheduled start dates missing from the repairs dashboard despite being present in the housing system. Olivia Grant identified that the field was not mapped in the connector's import configuration and committed to adding it.
Problem: Paul added scheduled start dates to the housing system specifically for repairs resource planning, but they were not appearing on the brain dashboard. The data was confirmed to be present in the source system.
Handling: Olivia traced the issue to the connector configuration: the field was not mapped during import. She identified the fix as straightforward: add the field to the connector mapping so dates flow through automatically on the next dashboard refresh.
Watch: This is a missing field, not a data-quality defect. It shows Paul extending the housing system with data specifically for the brain, signalling investment in the brain as his reporting backbone.

- created · Paul Rigby 22 May 2025 10:30Repairs scheduled start dates aren't showing on the dashboard. We added those dates to the housing system specifically for resource planning, but they're not coming through to the brain. I've checked our system thoroughly and the data's definitely there. Something must be missing on the integration side. Can you check what's going on?
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 22 May 2025 13:06Thanks for reporting this, Paul. I've looked into the connector and found what's happening, the scheduled start date field isn't currently mapped in the import configuration from the housing system. That's the reason it's not appearing on the dashboard. The fix is straightforward: I need to add that field to the connector mapping. Once that's live and configured, the dates will flow through automatically and you should see them appearing on the dashboard.
