I've got a total figure on the dashboard, but I don't know how to drill down into the individual records. These need to reconcile to the housing management system. That should be possible with a drill-down. Can you try clicking the number on the tile and tell me what happens?

It was pulling too many records at once and hitting a resource limit. I've optimised it and it should respond quickly now. Can you try the drill-down again and let me know if it works?
