Insight
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Managing Director at Clashmore Recruitment and its economic buyer, who signs alone. Price-sensitive on every Starter deal: he never signs without a price conversation. The £22k renewal order form was unsigned on 20 Aug 2026.
Role: Managing Director in Cork and the CRM economic buyer. He has a platform user account created on 14 Oct 2025, not an admin. Deirdre Barry drives day-to-day use; Cian decides on price.
Influence: He signs alone but benchmarks cost against fee income per head and keeps asking what is in it for the consultants. He took the Starter at £25k first, then objected to £22k against the £19k now paid.
Watch: The evidence does not show a signed renewal. He wants a value case, a one-page summary and quarterly invoicing. No discount is available on the renewal term. The term ends on 17 Sep 2026, which is before the as-of date, and the record does not show the outcome.
