What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Tom Ashdown sent the Growth proposal at a total deal value of £56k. Financial Director Ruud Verhoeven asked for the annual cost and whether the implementation fee is fixed, and wants invoices to match the contract.
Ask: Ruud wants the yearly cost after implementation and confirmation that the implementation fee cannot change. He cannot read either from the £56k total.
Customer view: He wants no surprises and needs invoices to match the contract. This is a finance check, not a rejection.
Next: Tom said he would confirm the annual line in writing and split it from the one-off fee. Femke van Gestel has not replied; Tom asked her for a list of first users.

- Tom Ashdown 11 Sep 2025 14:59Hi Femke, hi Ruud, Thanks for your time on the call today. As promised, the proposal for the Growth tier is attached. It covers the connectors for your CRM and helpdesk and the dashboards your account managers asked for, so they can see each installer's orders, delivery complaints and credit queries in one place. The total deal value is £56,000. That includes the one-off implementation fee as well as the first year's subscription, so Ruud, you may want to look at how the two parts are split in the order form. If anything is unclear, let me know and we can go through it. Otherwise let's get something in the diary for next week to talk through questions. Cheers, Tom
- Ruud Verhoeven 16 Sep 2025 09:04Tom, I have read the proposal. Two questions. What does it cost per year once the implementation is finished? I cannot see this clearly from the total. And is the implementation fee fixed in the contract, or can it change? No surprises please. I need to be able to match the invoices to the contract. Met vriendelijke groet, Ruud Verhoeven
- Tom Ashdown 16 Sep 2025 11:19Hi Ruud, hi Femke, Good questions, Ruud. The implementation is a fixed fee, agreed up front and written into the order form, so it will not move. The subscription is then charged annually in advance. I'll confirm the exact annual line in writing and split it out from the one-off fee so you can see both parts separately. Leave that with me. Femke, it would help to have a short list of the account managers who will use it first, so we can plan the rollout. Cheers, Tom
