As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Callie's follow-up to the kickoff lists what each customer contact owes: access details, governance checks and priority trusts. No customer response in the thread. She suggests starting with contract managers only on the forty-user licence.
Ask: Ryan to provide written access to the referrals source and reporting-turnaround tickets, Mark Dodds to confirm information governance checks before NHS trust data loads, Aisha Bukhari to name priority trusts.
Customer view: There is no customer response in the thread.
Next: Callie starts connectors only once access is in writing and suggests a phased rollout of the forty-user licence, widening after the first refresh.

- Callie Brennan 9 Jan 2025 17:36Hello all, Thanks for your time at the kickoff today. Here is where we landed, so we all have the same list. What I need from your side is: - Ryan: written access details for the referrals source and the reporting-turnaround tickets, so we can connect them before we switch on the refresh. - Mark: confirmation of the information governance checks you want in place before any NHS trust data is loaded, and who signs them off. - Aisha: a short list of which trusts the contract managers want to see first, so I map those fields first. Once the access is in writing I will start the connectors, and I will not begin anything before then. I will send a setup note after each stage so Ryan can run things on his own afterwards. The licence covers forty users, but I suggest we start with the contract managers only and widen it once the first refresh has landed cleanly. I will propose a couple of slots for the next working session separately. Thanks, Callie
