Customer view: Helen acknowledged Craig's notice and said the brain is still useful. Her concern is that arrears and repairs figures must reconcile to the housing management system and she cannot yet show the source on the in-house platform.
Ask: she wants the brain kept running and refreshed, and a written list of what is loaded and when each source was last refreshed.
Next: Wednesday at 10:00 was agreed. Amara noted nothing is open with support, so this is a decision, not a technical fault.

I know you've had several contacts from us over time, so I'd like to do this properly and ask what good looks like for you between now and the end of the term on 1 Sep 2026. Here's what the numbers say. Usage has come down again this quarter, and the questions are coming from very few people. Nothing is open with our support team, so I'm not seeing a technical problem. I'd rather hear from you what you still need from the brain, especially for the board pack. Who else should have access to the usage picture, and who on your side should be in the conversation? Could we have thirty minutes next Tuesday or Wednesday? Happy to work around your diary. Best, Amara

Usage is down because the team has been told to wind the work down, not because the brain has stopped being useful to us. My concern is the board pack. The arrears and repairs sections have to reconcile to the housing management system, and at the moment I cannot show the source for those figures on the in-house platform. The board will ask. Until that is settled I would want the brain kept running and refreshed. Wednesday at 10:00 works for me. Could you bring a list of what is loaded and when each source was last refreshed?
