Amara Obi sought a QBR date. Helen Marsden agreed Thursday but asked for the arrears and repairs join sources, said use is mostly her own team, and flagged an internal conversation about platforms.

Ask: Helen wants the source mapping for how arrears and repairs data are joined, in preference to a usage chart.

Customer view: Around six people were active against 40 licensed users, and Helen cannot promise access will widen. She says an internal platform conversation was not her plan.

Next: Amara will send an 11:00 invite for Thursday and bring the mapping, with the data team tracing the figures back to the housing management system.

Hi Helen, I'm Amara, one of the Customer Success Managers at BG-Demo, and I'm helping on the Calderbrook account alongside Daniel. I wanted to introduce myself properly before a meeting invite lands in your calendar. I'd like to get the next QBR in the diary. Here's what the numbers say: around six people have been active in the last month, against 40 licensed users, and that is a little lower than the previous quarter. Before we meet, who else should have access? And what does good look like for your team this quarter? Would Thursday or Friday next week suit you? An hour should be plenty, and I'm happy to work around the board pack timetable. Best, Amara

Hi Amara, Thanks for the introduction. Thursday is better for me; on Friday I will be heads down on the board pack. One thing I would like on the agenda. The arrears figures in the board pack still don't reconcile to the housing management system, and the board will ask. Can you show me the source for how the arrears and repairs data are joined? I would rather have that in front of me than a usage chart. On access, it is mostly my own team using it at the moment. I can't promise that will widen. There is an internal conversation about platforms generally, which was not my plan, so I would rather be straightforward with you about that. Hi Helen, Thursday it is. I'll send an invite for 11:00. Thank you for being straight with me about the platform conversation; that is useful to know and I won't pretend otherwise. I'll make sure we spend the time on what you need for the board. I'll bring the source mapping for the arrears and repairs join, and I'm asking our data team to trace the figures back to the housing management system so you can see where they diverge. I don't want to promise an answer on the discrepancy before we've looked at it properly, but you'll have the sources in front of you. Best, Amara
