As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the QBR call, Daniel Okafor recorded that repairs figures are double-counted since the housing-system upgrade. Paul Rigby sent job references, said it recurred and that he checks the dashboard by hand. No cause is yet given.
Ask: Daniel Okafor set out agreed actions on 27 Jan 2026: Paul Rigby to send affected job references, engineering to explain each figure, and usage by team for Helen Marsden.
Customer view: Paul replied on 30 Jan 2026 that the double-counting continued, with three tickets open, and that the dashboard cannot go in front of his stand-up.
Next: Daniel's 2 Feb 2026 reply links the tickets, admits no cause yet, and promises an update by Friday.

- Daniel Okafor 27 Jan 2026 17:08Hi Helen, hi Paul, Thank you both for your time on the review call. I wanted to write down what we agreed so we are all working from the same page. - The repairs figures are being counted twice since the housing-system upgrade, and this is the main reason the board-pack numbers do not reconcile. - Paul will send me the list of affected job references from his spreadsheet, so our engineers can see exactly where the duplicates enter. - I will take that list to engineering and ask for a clear explanation of the source of each affected figure, in a form Helen can put in front of the board. - Helen would like to see usage by team, so we can work out together why fewer people are logging in. Paul, if you could send the list in whatever format is quickest for you, that is fine. I will come back to you both by the end of this week with where we have got to. How is the team finding the dashboards at the moment, by the way? It would help to hear it in your own words. Best wishes, Daniel
- Paul Rigby 30 Jan 2026 15:58Daniel, Spreadsheet attached with the job refs. Double-counted again this week, so three tickets open now. Screenshots of the repairs report are on each ticket. The dashboard is not something I can put in front of the stand-up at the moment. I check it by hand first, which defeats the point. Any update on this? Paul
- Daniel Okafor 2 Feb 2026 13:05Hi Paul, hi Helen, Thank you, Paul, that spreadsheet is exactly what we needed, and I am sorry you have had to keep checking by hand. Just to close the loop: I have passed the list and the screenshots to engineering and asked them to trace where the duplicate jobs come in. I do not yet have a cause I can give you, and I would rather not guess at one. What I can tell you is that the three tickets are now linked, so you will not need to repeat yourselves on each. Helen, I have also asked for a side-by-side of the affected figures against the housing system, so you can see the source for each. I will come back to you both by Friday with whatever I have, even if it is only a progress note. In the meantime, please keep sending anything that looks wrong. It all helps. Best wishes, Daniel
