Helen Marsden agreed a review slot and asked Daniel Okafor to include Paul Rigby. She says the repairs figures in the board pack don't reconcile with the housing management system and wants to see the source.

Ask: Helen wants Paul in the room and the source for the repairs counts as the brain holds them, because the board will ask. She also wants a short agenda beforehand.

Customer view: the repairs figures are the ones she is least comfortable with. The worry is trust in the numbers, not price or usage.

Next: Daniel needs to prepare the repairs source and the agenda before a Thursday or Friday morning review. Her slow reply and heavy week suggest board-pack pressure.

Hello Helen, I hope the week has been kind to you and the team. I wanted to get the next quarterly review into both our diaries before the calendar fills up, so I thought I'd write now rather than leave it. As usual I'd like to keep it practical. I'd like to look at how the team is finding the brain day to day, who is asking the questions, and what you need from it for the next board pack. If there are particular sections of the pack where the figures have been giving you trouble, please bring them and we can go through them together, with the source alongside. Could you let me know which days next week or the week after suit you? An hour should be plenty, and I'm happy to fit around your board timetable. If you'd like Paul to join for the repairs side, just say and I'll include him. Just to close the loop, if there is anything you'd like me to prepare in advance, tell me and I'll come back to you with it before we meet. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Thanks for this, and apologies for the slow reply. It has been a heavy start to the week. Thursday or Friday of next week would work for me. Mornings are better, as the afternoons tend to get taken up with the board-pack preparation. Please do include Paul. The repairs figures in the board pack are the ones I am least comfortable with at the moment, and I would like him in the room so we can show you exactly where these don't reconcile with the housing management system. Can you show me the source for the repairs counts as the brain holds them? The board will ask, and I would rather have the answer in front of me. If you could send a short agenda beforehand I would be grateful. Kind regards, Helen
