Daniel Okafor records actions from the quarterly review: a reconciliation note, Paul Rigby's duplicate jobs list and a handover description. There is no customer response in the thread.

Ask: Daniel commits BG-Demo to a note showing where each board-pack figure comes from, flagging any it cannot tie back, and a written handover description covering data, dashboards and admin settings.

Customer view: none in this thread. Daniel notes the renewal decision sits above Helen and Paul and says he will not chase.

Next: Daniel promises both documents by the end of the following week.

Hello Helen, hello Paul, Thank you both for your time this morning, and for being so direct about what the team needs. I wanted to close the loop in writing while it is fresh. What I took away: - Helen needs the repairs and complaints figures in the board pack to reconcile to the housing management system, with the source shown for each one. I will put together a short note that sets out where each figure comes from, and flag honestly where we could not tie it back. - Paul will send me his list of repairs jobs that were counted twice, with the job references, so we can show which ones are down to the housing system and which are down to us. - Helen would like a clear description of what a handover would involve, covering the data, the dashboards the team has built and the admin settings. Since the brain runs inside your own Snowflake account, the data remains yours throughout. I will write down what that means in practice so you can take it to your colleagues. - Your contract currently runs to 1 Sep 2025, with 40 licensed users on the Growth tier. I know the decision on the renewal sits above you both, so I will not chase for an answer. Tom Ashdown and I are happy to speak to whoever needs the detail. I'll come back to you by the end of next week with the reconciliation note and the handover description. If I have misunderstood anything, tell me and I will correct it. Best wishes, Daniel
