What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Olivia Grant said the nightly refresh was completing but the gap is unexplained. Helen Marsden replied that a completed load is not the point, said her team is using the platform less because they do not trust the totals.
Ask: Helen wants the source for the number the brain returns, not confirmation that the load ran. She will send an arrears example with the housing system value this afternoon.
Customer view: this is the second time in a short while she has had to raise something, and she wants it put right rather than explained.
Next: Olivia traces the example back through the connector and shows where the two values diverge.

- Olivia Grant 10 Jun 2025 10:01Hello Helen, I'm following up on the support request you raised about the board-pack figures not matching your housing management system. I've looked at the data loads for your account and the nightly refresh has been completing. That doesn't yet explain the gap you are seeing, so I don't want to tell you it is resolved. To narrow it down, could you send me one example record from the board pack together with the value you expected from the housing management system? With that I can trace it back through the connector and show you where the two diverge. I know this matters ahead of your next board cycle, so I'll prioritise it once I have the example. Kind regards, Olivia Grant Support Engineer, BG-Demo
- Helen Marsden 10 Jun 2025 12:30Olivia, Thank you for the update. To be direct, a completed refresh is not what I'm asking about. These don't reconcile, and the board will ask why. I can't take an explanation into the pack without the figures behind it. I'll send you an example from the arrears section this afternoon, with the housing system value alongside. Can you show me the source for the number the brain is returning, not just confirm the load ran? This is the second time in a short while that we've had to raise something, and my team are starting to use the platform less because they don't trust the totals. I would like that put right rather than explained. Kind regards, Helen
