As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor's QBR notes: usage steady rather than grown, repairs double-counting is the item that matters most for the board pack, and Tom will raise renewal, with the term running to 1 Sep 2025. No customer reply.
Ask: Helen wants the source behind each repairs and arrears figure. Paul raised the double-counting, which Daniel agreed to chase with engineers and answer by Friday.
Customer view: the thread holds no customer response, so the notes show BG-Demo's reading only. Usage is steady and well inside the 40 licensed users.
Next: Daniel owes a plain answer and a source walk-through, and Tom will contact the customer about renewal.

- Daniel Okafor 29 Apr 2025 12:42Hello Helen, hello Paul, Thank you both for your time this morning. I wanted to get the notes to you while they are fresh, and I have copied Tom so he has the same picture. Where we got to: - Usage has held steady rather than grown this quarter. You remain well inside the 40 licensed users, so there is headroom if more of the organisation wants to come on. - The repairs double-counting that Paul raised is the item that matters most for the board pack. We agreed I would find out where that stands with our engineers and come back to you by Friday with a plain answer. - Helen, you asked to see the source behind each figure in the repairs and arrears sections. I will send a short walk-through of where each one comes from, so you can answer the board with confidence. - Paul, if the same jobs appear twice again before then, please send the job refs as you have been doing and I will chase it straight away. Tom will be in touch in due course about the renewal, as the current term runs to 1 Sep 2025. There is nothing you need to do on that for now. Please tell me if I have missed or misunderstood anything. Best wishes, Daniel
