Helen Marsden confirmed Thursday afternoon next week for the team training and asked to use the arrears section as the example. She also asked for the source of each joined field beforehand and said early feedback had been good.

Ask: Helen wants a short note on the source of each joined field before the session, and the arrears section used for the dashboard build.

Customer view: Positive on early use, but clear that the brain's figures must sit alongside existing reports. She would rather find a mismatch in training than in front of the board.

Next: Callie sends the source note ahead of the session.

Hi Helen, Following our call, I wanted to get the training session in the diary before it slips. Here is the plan as I see it. What I need from your side is a morning or afternoon when the people who will use the brain day to day can be in one room, or on one call, for about half a day. You have 40 licensed users, but I would focus the first session on the smaller group who will build and check the board-pack views, then run a lighter session for everyone else afterwards. Here is how I would structure it: - Part one: walking through how the tenant, repairs, complaints and arrears sources have been joined, so your team can see where each figure comes from. - Part two: asking questions of the brain and checking the answers back to source. - Part three: building a first dashboard together, using one of your own board-pack sections. That maps cleanly onto what you told me on the call about wanting your team able to explain every number to the board. Could you let me know which days next week suit you? I can do Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. If it is easier to start the week after, that is fine too, I just want to be sure the first refresh has bedded in before we switch the team loose on it. Thanks, Callie

Hi Callie, Thanks for this, and apologies for the slow reply. It has been a busy week with the board pack deadline. Thursday afternoon next week works best for us. Most of the team will be free then, and I would like our repairs data analyst in the room as well, as he will be the one administering things day to day. One request. For part three, could we use the arrears section of the board pack as the example? That is the one the board will ask the most questions about, and I would like the team to see the brain's figures sit next to the ones we already report. If they don't reconcile, I would rather find out in the training session than in front of the board. Can you show me the source for each of the joined fields beforehand? A short note is plenty. It would help me prepare my team. The early feedback from the people who have already logged in has been good, so thank you for getting us this far. Kind regards, Helen
