Current to 13 Oct 26Callie Brennan proposed training for the business intelligence team. Helen Marsden accepted Thursday afternoon and asked for the repairs and rent arrears sections as examples, with the source of the repairs total shown first.
Ask: Helen wants each number traced to its source so her team can answer the board. She specifically asked to see the source for the repairs total before anything new is built.
Customer view: Engaged and constructive. Both chosen sections must reconcile to the housing management system.
Next: Helen is to send attendee names, and Callie needs to prepare the repairs source trace.

Your licence covers up to 40 users, so we can bring in as many of the team as you like. Here is the plan I have in mind for the session: - a walk through asking questions of the brain across tenant calls, repairs and arrears - building your first dashboard together - time at the end for anything specific to the board pack What I need from your side is a list of attendees and which sections of the board pack you would like used as worked examples. I can do Tuesday or Thursday next week, in the afternoon. Thanks, Callie
- Helen Marsden 23 Oct 2024 14:11Dear Callie, Thank you. Thursday afternoon suits me. For the worked examples, please use the repairs section and the rent arrears section of the board pack. Those are the two where the figures have to reconcile to the housing management system, and the board will ask. I would like the session to show where each number comes from, so my team can show the source when they are asked. Can you show me the source for the repairs total at the start, before we build anything new? Attendees: myself, Paul Rigby and the rest of the BI team. I will send you names tomorrow.
