Hello Paul, Following the kickoff, I would like a working session with you on the admin side, separate from Helen's. We will go through the repairs source, how the jobs are structured and how you want them counted, before we switch on the refresh. Could you do Monday at 11:00 or Tuesday at 15:00? It will take about an hour. What I need from your side is a few example repairs jobs where the same job appears twice, with the job reference, so I can see how it looks in the data and map it properly. Thanks, Callie

Callie, Monday at 11:00 is fine. I will send the double-counted jobs before then, job refs attached with screenshots. I keep a spreadsheet of them so it is no bother. Paul
