Transcript
- Matteo RicciÚna, Darragh, good afternoon. Just to recap where we are: you're looking at Growth, implementation in May and go-live by early July. Theo's going to walk you through how the brain works with your HubSpot, Zendesk and finance data. Darragh, as a support lead you'll see how it helps your day-to-day.
- Theo GallagherHi Darragh, Úna. So I've been pulling in your HubSpot and Zendesk data. What I'm showing now is the brain set up against your actual accounts, tickets, contacts. I can ask it a question like 'show me high-value accounts with open critical tickets'. It goes across HubSpot and Zendesk and brings back the answer in seconds.
- Darragh QuinlanThat's actually exactly what I need when someone escalates a ticket to me. How accurate is that result?
- Theo GallagherGood question. With your current data I'm seeing very high accuracy because the systems sync well. What I'd flag is that if HubSpot and Zendesk ever disagree on a field or a value, the brain will show you both versions and let you decide. We monitor data quality every night.
- Úna HanrahanHow does it refresh? Do we get real-time data?
- Theo GallagherNightly refresh by seven in the morning your local time on business days. So you're never more than a day behind. If a ticket closes in Zendesk at six o'clock in the evening, you'll see it in the brain the next morning.
- Darragh QuinlanThat's fine for what we do. What about if a system goes down?
- Theo GallagherWe monitor the connectors. If HubSpot stops syncing, say, we get an alert. For Growth you get first response in one business hour. We'll either fix it or give you an update on what's happening.
- Úna HanrahanWhat systems are we connecting again?
- Theo GallagherHubSpot, Zendesk, your accounting system, email, and I think we discussed calls. Eight connectors is your limit on Growth, so that gives you headroom for something else down the road.
- Darragh QuinlanCan I ask it questions from my phone?
- Theo GallagherYeah. We have a mobile interface and a chat interface where you just ask in plain language. That's probably the easiest on a phone.
- Úna HanrahanWalk me through dashboard building. I want to make sure we can build what we need.
- Theo GallagherSo I'm going to show you the builder. It's point-and-click. You pick your data source, say HubSpot, then you pick what metrics you want, say pipeline by stage and value. You can filter, drill down, add multiple charts to one dashboard. Takes maybe an hour to build your first one. After that it's just choosing fields and dragging.
- Darragh QuinlanAnd this is something we build, not something you build for us?
- Theo GallagherRight. I'll train you and Úna on the builder during onboarding. You own the dashboards from day one. We support if you have questions but you're building them.
- Matteo RicciOne thing I should mention: as part of Growth you get quarterly reviews with us. So every three months we sit down, we look at usage, what's working, what else might help. That's valuable for roadmapping on your side.
- Úna HanrahanOkay. So if we wanted to move forward today, what's the timeline?
- Matteo RicciI'd send you an order form today. Once you've reviewed it and you're ready to sign, we'll kick off implementation immediately. Eight weeks gets you live by early July as we talked about.
- Darragh QuinlanAnd you'll guide us through the onboarding?
- Theo GallagherYes. We'll have a kickoff call to plan out the eight weeks, confirm who's involved on your side, get access to systems. Then we'll be in touch weekly with progress updates. By the end you'll be live and trained.
- Úna HanrahanI'm satisfied. Let's move forward.
- Matteo RicciBrilliant. I'll send the order form within the hour. Once you sign, Theo will schedule a kickoff. Anything else?
- Darragh QuinlanNo, that's thorough. Thanks.
- Matteo RicciThanks for your time. Speak soon.
