What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Demo of the brain on sample data mirroring the CRM, order system and helpdesk. Iris Bosch called it impressive and asked about freshness, dashboards, connector faults and support. Proposal to follow, with a push to go live this year.
What happened: Theo Gallagher walked Iris Bosch through a dashboard built on sample data. She asked about search, freshness, dashboards, broken connectors, support contacts and training.
Customer view: Iris said the single view is exactly what they need and called the demo impressive. Gerrit Kromhout, the finance director, was not on this call.
Commercial: Matteo Ricci will send a formal proposal with terms and timeline, and said two weeks for feedback is fine. He wants them live before the end of the year.
Watch: Theo quoted a four-hour response for Growth connector faults. The brief gives one business hour for Growth P1 first response, so that needs checking before the proposal goes out.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Matteo Ricci to send the formal proposal with commercial terms and timeline.
- Iris Bosch to review the scope and give feedback, with two weeks offered.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- Gerrit Kromhout, who asked about cost earlier, was not on the demo, so the finance view is untested.
- The four-hour Growth response quoted on the call differs from the one business hour P1 first response in the brief, so it needs correcting.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Growth tier with the dashboards builder, which Iris asked about directly.
- A go-live before year end if the proposal is turned around quickly.
Transcript
- Matteo Ricci NoneGood morning, Iris. Matteo here, and I've got Theo with me, he's our Solutions Engineer and he's going to walk you through what the brain looks like on your data.
- Iris Bosch NoneHi Theo, great. I'm excited to see this.
- Theo Gallagher NoneHi Iris. Can you see my screen, I'm going to show you the dashboard we've built with sample data that mirrors your CRM, order system and helpdesk.
- Iris Bosch NoneYes, I can see it. Looks clean.
- Theo Gallagher NoneRight. So this is what your team would see on day one. This particular view pulls from all three of your systems: it's showing customer records, order history, and any open support tickets, all in one place. So if you were Iris and you got a call from, say, one of your top distributors asking about an order, you'd type their name here and you'd see the whole picture.
- Iris Bosch NoneThat's exactly what we need. Can I search by anything?
- Theo Gallagher NoneYes. You can search by customer name, by order number, by product, by date range. You can also ask questions in natural language, say 'show me all orders from this customer in the last six months' and the brain will pull that for you.
- Iris Bosch NoneAnd the data is up to date?
- Theo Gallagher NoneThe short answer is yes. We refresh nightly, everything's current by seven in the morning your time on business days. The longer answer is: the brain reads your systems as the source of truth. If your CRM updates, we see it.
- Iris Bosch NoneGood. And if we want to build our own dashboards, can we do that?
- Theo Gallagher NoneExactly. That's part of Growth. We give you the dashboards builder: it's drag and drop, no code. You can create as many as you want, share them with your team.
- Iris Bosch NoneNice. What if there's something broken? Like if a connector stops working?
- Theo Gallagher NoneThen we'd see it, we monitor all the connectors constantly. If one goes down, we alert you and we work to fix it. For Growth, that's a four-hour response. If it's Enterprise, it's much faster.
- Iris Bosch NoneGot it. Let me ask Matteo, once we go live, who's our contact for support?
- Matteo Ricci NoneThat depends. Through implementation, I'm your primary. Once you're live, you'll have a dedicated CSM who'll own your account. Theo here will be your technical go-to if anything's broken or you want to discuss a new connector.
- Iris Bosch NoneOkay, that's clear. What about training? Do we get training on this?
- Theo Gallagher NoneYes. As part of the implementation, we do a training session: that's usually a couple of hours, showing your team how to search, how to build dashboards, best practices. And then ongoing, your CSM will do quarterly check-ins to make sure you're using it to its potential.
- Iris Bosch NonePerfect. I think I've got what I need. This is impressive. Matteo, next steps?
- Matteo Ricci NoneI'll send you a formal proposal: it'll have all of this in writing, the commercial terms, the timeline. You review it, check that the scope is right, and then we can talk about signature.
- Iris Bosch NoneWhen do you need feedback by?
- Matteo Ricci NoneNo rush, take two weeks if you want. But ideally we'd like to move forward so we can get you live before the end of the year.
- Iris Bosch NoneWe'll turn it around quickly. Cheers, both.
- Theo Gallagher NoneThanks, Iris. Speak soon.
