What this says

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026

Tobias Renwick demoed the brain on Stenhouse's own data. Rhona Aitken said she is convinced on the product; internal sign-off and timeline remain, and she will speak to Bruce.

What happened: Tobias Renwick, CTO, demonstrated the brain on connected health records, scheduling and finance data. He showed cross-system questions, a dashboard page, role-based access and the nightly refresh.

Customer view: Rhona asked about plain-English questions, changing pages, data refresh and what happens if a connector breaks. She said "I'm convinced on the product."

Commercial: Tom Ashdown asked for signature by late April, kick-off in May and live by mid-June. Rhona said the open items are internal sign-off and timeline, and Bruce Lamont was not on this call.

Watch: Tobias promised a one-hour response and immediate fixes for broken connectors. That commitment must be honoured after go-live.

Hi Rhona, good to see you. This is Tobias, our CTO, he built the brain. Today we're going to walk through a demo on your actual data. We've connected your EHR system, your scheduling system, and your finance system. Tobias will show you how it all works. Ready?
  2. Rhona Aitken
    Rhona Aitken
    Yes, let's do it.
  3. Tobias Renwick
    Tobias Renwick
Great. So what you're looking at is the home page of your brain. It knows about your patients, your clinicians, your appointments, and your invoices. All three clinics' data is loaded. Let me show you what I mean. I'm going to ask it a question: 'Show me patients at clinic one who have outstanding invoices over five hundred pounds.' Let me hit search.
  4. Tobias Renwick
    Tobias Renwick
So that came back in under a second. You can see the patient names, which clinician is seeing them, when their last appointment was, and the outstanding balance. That's data pulled from three different systems and put together in one answer. Now let me try something more complex. 'What was the average time between first appointment and second appointment for new patients this month?'
  5. Tobias Renwick
    Tobias Renwick
So that came back as 14 days. You can see how it got there, three patients so far this month, their gaps. It's pulling from the EHR and the scheduling system automatically. You can drill down into any patient if you want to see the detail.
  6. Rhona Aitken
    Rhona Aitken
Okay, so I can just ask it things in English?
  7. Tobias Renwick
    Tobias Renwick
Exactly. You phrase it however makes sense to you. The brain learns what you mean. Some people phrase it formally, some casually, both work. Let me show you something from a compliance angle. 'Show me all patients seen by clinician X in the last three months with a gap of more than six weeks between appointments.' That might matter for your records.
  8. Tobias Renwick
    Tobias Renwick
And it shows you the data. You'd use this in your quarterly reviews, or for flagging patients who might need a check-in. Now, you've also got pages, dashboards we can build for you. Let me show you one we've built as an example.
  9. Tobias Renwick
    Tobias Renwick
This is a view of your top ten patients by invoice value. You can use this for planning, for understanding your revenue concentration. It updates every night as new data comes in.
  10. Rhona Aitken
    Rhona Aitken
Can I change that? Can I ask it to show something different?
  11. Tom Ashdown
    Tom Ashdown
You can request new pages. Tobias and the team will build them for you as part of the implementation. You can also share pages with your team: read-only or edit access, depending on what makes sense. And as your needs change, you can ask for more pages.
  12. Tobias Renwick
    Tobias Renwick
One more important thing: you control who can see what. You're on Growth, which means you've got role-based access. Rhona, are there any clinicians who should only see their own patients' data?
  13. Rhona Aitken
    Rhona Aitken
Some. We have some associates who are independent, so they'd only want to see their own schedules and patients.
  14. Tobias Renwick
    Tobias Renwick
We can do that. You can set rules in the brain: this clinician sees only their own appointments, only their own invoices. We handle that during implementation.
  15. Rhona Aitken
    Rhona Aitken
And how often does the data update?
  16. Tobias Renwick
    Tobias Renwick
Every night. We pull from your systems, refresh the brain, and it's live by seven in the morning, your time. So when you come in, the data is current to yesterday end of day.
  17. Rhona Aitken
    Rhona Aitken
That's good. What happens if something breaks? If a connector stops working?
  18. Tobias Renwick
    Tobias Renwick
We monitor it constantly. If a system stops feeding data, we alert you and we fix it immediately. That's part of your support commitment, one-hour response. You're not going to wake up with stale data without knowing about it.
  19. Tom Ashdown
    Tom Ashdown
And during implementation, that eight-week period, we'll be setting all this up, making sure it's tailored to how Stenhouse works. Tobias will work with you on the connectors, the access rules, the pages. We'll train your team so they can use it confidently.
  20. Rhona Aitken
    Rhona Aitken
I think I can see how this would help us. The only question now is internal sign-off and timeline.
  21. Tom Ashdown
    Tom Ashdown
Right. We'd like to move forward in April. If you could sign by late April, we'd kick off in May and have you live by mid-June.
  22. Rhona Aitken
    Rhona Aitken
I'll talk to Bruce and get back to you. But I'm convinced on the product.
  23. Tom Ashdown
    Tom Ashdown
Perfect. I'll send over the proposal formally, and we'll move forward. Cheers, Rhona.
