What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026On 10 Oct 2024 Priya Raman gave Nigel Ferris and Zoe Kendrick a Growth proposal at £52k all in, implementation included. Nigel will sign if the order form matches the call. Target date was Friday 8 November 2024.
What happened: Priya Raman held a 31 minute proposal call on 10 Oct 2024 with Nigel Ferris, Managing Director, and Zoe Kendrick. Abi Coombes and Sinead Maguire were not on this call.
Commercial: Priya quoted £52k, all in, as the total for the deal rather than a yearly figure. It covers Growth and connector set-up, and it is a proposal, not executed paper.
Customer view: Nigel asked for the bottom line, clients first and where the data goes. Zoe tied the value to faster answers for clients and renewals not slipping.
Watch: Zoe said the team is stretched around month end and wants Abi to see the final connector list before Nigel signs. The evidence does not show whether the order form was signed.

Transcript
- Priya RamanAfternoon, Nigel, afternoon, Zoe. Can you hear me alright?
- Nigel FerrisAfternoon, Priya. Loud and clear. Hope you're keeping well. Lovely day down here, bit of sun on the seafront, so I'm told.
- Zoe KendrickAfternoon. Sorry, I'm running between two things, but I'm all yours.
- Priya RamanNo problem, Zoe. Right, let me recap where we are so it's quick. You've seen the demo with Hannah, Abi and Sinead have had a good look, and the thing left is the proposal and the order form. The date we've been working to is Friday 8 November 2024, and today is about whether we're comfortable with scope and price to get there.
- Nigel FerrisGood. What's the bottom line, Priya? I don't need the detail, Zoe's got the detail.
- Priya RamanOf course. The bottom line is £51,600, all in, implementation included. That's the total for the deal, it's not a yearly figure on its own. That gets you Growth, which covers the account executives and the claims team, plus the set-up of the connectors to your systems.
- Nigel FerrisAll in. Right. So no surprises on top?
- Priya RamanNo surprises, Nigel. The order form sets out exactly what's covered, and I'll walk you through it before anything is signed. Happy to make this easy.
- Nigel FerrisThat's how I like it. And what do the clients get out of it? Because the clients come first, always.
- Zoe KendrickI can take that one, Nigel. Quick version: when a client rings about a claim, Sinead's team can see everything about that client in one place. Faster answers, fewer call-backs. And the account executives go into renewals knowing what's been going on.
- Nigel FerrisSo fewer clients waiting on hold while someone goes hunting.
- Zoe KendrickExactly that. And it should help with the renewals not slipping, which is the other thing keeping me awake.
- Nigel FerrisMm. And the regulatory side. I get asked about it. Where does our data go?
- Priya RamanGood one. The short version is it stays with you. The brain is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so it isn't going off to a system of ours. Hannah can put the technical detail in writing for Abi, but that's the headline for you.
- Nigel FerrisHeadline's all I need. I'll leave the technology to Abi and Zoe.
- Zoe KendrickAbi's asked for the connector list and the week-by-week plan, and Hannah sent those over. I've had a read. It's sensible, though we're stretched in the weeks around month end.
- Priya RamanThat's useful to know, Zoe. We can plan the heavier asks for Abi around that so nobody's squeezed. Hannah's team does most of the lifting in the early weeks anyway.
- Zoe KendrickGood. Then my only other question is about users. Is everyone who needs it covered, the claims team and the executives?
- Priya RamanYes, on what you've told us. Growth is sized for several teams, and the proposal lists the users and connectors. If you grow later we can add more, but for the two groups you've described you're comfortable.
- Nigel FerrisRight. Now, Priya, I don't read long documents. Never have. So what do I actually need to do?
- Priya RamanNothing heavy. I'll send the order form to you and Zoe, it's short, and then I'll give you a ring to go through it. You don't sign until we've spoken. That's how I'd want it anyway.
- Nigel FerrisThat's more like it. Give me a ring, we'll go through it, and if it's as you say, we'll get it done.
- Priya RamanLovely. So the next step is the order form to you both, a call with Nigel to walk through it, and signature in good time for Friday 8 November 2024. If anything changes on your side, tell me early and we'll adjust.
- Zoe KendrickThat's fine. I'll make sure Abi has seen the final connector list before Nigel signs.
- Nigel FerrisGood. Anything else from you, Priya, or shall I let you get on?
- Priya RamanThat's everything from me. Thanks both, I'll send that over this afternoon.
- Nigel FerrisCheers, Priya. Regards to the team. Goodbye for now.
- Zoe KendrickThanks, both. Speak soon.
