What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Kickoff for Brinkerhof's Growth subscription. Femke wants account managers to see orders, complaints and credit queries per installer, and cares most whether they use it. SSO sits in Enterprise and is not a blocker.
What happened: Elena Novak and Laura Penhaligon agreed the first connectors (orders, complaints, credit), a staged rollout and the access roles. Bas Kuijpers is named admin and asked for a session before the account managers start.
Customer view: Femke van Gestel's test is adoption in three months. Bas joins orders and credit queries by hand every Monday, which the brain would remove.
Commercial: Single sign-on belongs to Enterprise, and Mirjam Hendriks said it is not a blocker. That is a possible upgrade topic only if it becomes a requirement.
Watch: Mirjam needs a copy of the invoice for procurement, and Elena would not commit to a date before checking with Finance.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Femke van Gestel sends the first group names, including one person from credit control.
- Laura Penhaligon sends Mirjam Hendriks the written access request and holds the admin session with Bas.
- Elena Novak replies to Mirjam in writing on the invoice copy once Finance has answered.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Adoption is the customer's stated test, and a launch that nobody opens would undermine the first renewal.
- The invoice copy for procurement has no committed date and Mirjam expects an answer this week.
- Roles depend on Mirjam's own review before the brain can read sources.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Single sign-on, if it becomes a requirement, is an Enterprise tier upgrade conversation.
- Remaining connectors can follow after the first month, deepening use of the eight available.
Transcript
- Elena NovakGood afternoon, everyone. Can you hear me all right?
- Femke van GestelYes, loud and clear. Hello Elena, hello Laura.
- Laura PenhaligonAfternoon, Femke. Afternoon, Bas. Give me a second, I am just getting my screen ready.
- Bas KuijpersHello. Mirjam is still on another call. She said five minutes, so she will join late. Let's start without her.
- Elena NovakOf course. To confirm, I will restate the agenda I emailed beforehand. There are three points. First, who owns what on your side. Second, which systems we connect first. Third, how we get the account managers working in the brain in the first weeks. At the end I will read back the actions, and I will also send them in writing.
- Femke van GestelGood. Short question before we start. Last time we spoke, there was an action on the list of installers. Laura, did that arrive?
- Laura PenhaligonYes, it came through on Monday, thank you. Bas sent the export. It is good enough to test with, so we have not needed to ask again.
- Femke van GestelGreat. So, what is the plan? I want to be practical. We bought Growth for the account managers. They need to see orders, delivery complaints and credit queries for one installer in one view.
- Laura PenhaligonThat is exactly how I would like to build it. We start from the installer account. One page per installer, and the brain fills it from your order system, your helpdesk and the finance side. Then the account manager can just ask a question in chat, like which installers have an open complaint and a late payment.
- Bas KuijpersMm. That last part is interesting for me. The credit queries live in a different place than the orders. Right now I join them by hand every Monday.
- Laura PenhaligonRight, and that is the thing we remove. You have eight connectors in the Growth tier, so we have room. I would suggest we begin with orders, complaints and credit, and keep the rest for after the first month.
- Elena NovakAs agreed in the order form, you have forty licensed users. I will make sure that we plan the rollout in groups, so it is not forty people logging in on the same day with nothing to look at.
- Femke van GestelYes. Please. I do not want a launch with a big email and then nobody opens it. Do the account managers use it? That is the only question I care about in three months.
- Elena NovakUnderstood. We will look at that together in the first check-in, with real numbers from your account.
- Mirjam HendriksHello, sorry, I am here. Apologies for the delay. Did I miss much?
- Femke van GestelJust the introduction, Mirjam. We are at the systems.
- Laura PenhaligonWelcome, Mirjam. Let me say quickly what I think you care about most. The brain runs inside your own Snowflake account. We do not copy your data to our side. So from your perspective it is mostly about roles and access.
- Mirjam HendriksOkay. That is helpful, because the first thing my colleagues ask is where the data goes. So who creates the roles? You, or me?
- Laura PenhaligonYou do, in your account, and I will send you the list of what we need as a written request. It is read access to the sources we agree, plus a place to write the brain's own tables. Nothing more. If you want to review it first with your security people, that is fine.
- Mirjam HendriksYes, I would like that. And single sign-on? Is that part of what we have?
- Elena NovakTo confirm, single sign-on is not included in Growth, it belongs to the Enterprise tier. For now people log in with their own accounts. If that is a requirement for you, I will make sure we discuss it properly, but I do not want to promise anything today.
- Mirjam HendriksFine. It is not a blocker. I just wanted to know. Then I will focus on the roles.
- Bas KuijpersCan I ask about the admin side? I am named as admin. What does that mean in practice? Do I need to be available all the time?
- Laura PenhaligonNo, not all the time. The admin decides who sees which pages, adds users and checks that the connectors are healthy. In the first weeks I will be doing most of it with you, and then I step back.
- Bas KuijpersOkay. Then I would like one session just for me, before the account managers come in. I prefer to know the tool well before I answer their questions.
- Laura PenhaligonGood idea. We will do that first, and I will keep it practical. You bring a real question from your Monday join, and we answer it in the brain.
- Femke van GestelI like it. Let's make it practical. Who from my team should join the first group? I think four account managers, the ones who handle the largest installers.
- Elena NovakNoted. Please send me the names in writing and I will include them in the plan. Also, Femke, please tell me if there is anyone in credit control who should be in the same group.
- Femke van GestelGood point. Yes, one person from credit control. I will send the names tomorrow.
- Mirjam HendriksOne more thing from my side. For procurement I need a copy of the invoice. Who sends it, and when?
- Elena NovakThat sits with our Finance team. I will ask them and come back to you in writing. I would rather not name a date before I have checked with them.
- Mirjam HendriksThat is fine. As long as I hear this week.
- Elena NovakI will make sure that you do. Shall I read back the actions now?
- Femke van GestelYes, please. Short.
- Elena NovakOne, Femke sends the names of the first group, including credit control. Two, Laura sends Mirjam the written access request. Three, Mirjam creates the roles after her own review. Four, Laura and Bas hold the admin session. Five, I come back to Mirjam on the invoice copy once Finance has answered.
- Femke van GestelPerfect. That is a plan. Thank you all.
- Laura PenhaligonThanks everyone. Speak next week.
- Elena NovakKind regards, all. Goodbye.
