What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Ryan reported that records updated from late August onwards are not appearing in search results, even though they exist in the CRM. Older records return correctly. Bethan began diagnosis by asking about refresh scheduling.
Problem: A data gap (late August onwards) means recent records are not queryable even though they exist in the source system. This is a data completeness issue affecting search usability.
Handling: Bethan began diagnosis by asking about refresh schedule. The ticket remained open for 26 days (created 9 Sep 2026, solved 5 Oct 2026); the root cause and full resolution are not shown.
Watch: Extended outage of recent data is serious. Verify the fix is stable. This may indicate a data pipeline issue.

- created · Ryan Heslop 9 Sep 2026 08:08Hi, I'm having trouble finding recently updated records through the search. We've been using the brain to track referrals, but I'm not seeing ones from the last couple of weeks even though I know they're in the source data. Is there a filter I'm missing, or is something not syncing? Ryan
- Public reply · Ryan Heslop 9 Sep 2026 11:02I should clarify: records older than a few weeks are showing fine. It's anything from late August onwards that's missing, even though they're definitely in the CRM. Ryan
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 9 Sep 2026 13:19Hi Ryan, Just so I've got this right, you're searching for records from late August but they're not showing up, even though they're in your CRM. Let me check whether those records made it through the last few refreshes. Can you tell me what time your nightly refresh is scheduled for? Thanks, Bethan
